Ports 👍 Gardens 👎 Bad cruise driver attitude.

Giri A R Dereddy said... First 1 hour trip towards ports is good and 2nd half an hour to gardens is not worth it. Cruise driver attitude made the overall experience irritating. Though we had online booking on phone they relied on paper ticket so much. Once we boarded the Cruise we lost the paper ticket and after 1st hour they cross-check the ticket again but they were not able to validate the online booking from my mobile. We had to hop off board as driver arrogantly signalled to get of the Cruise. Then we had to get to the counter lady and she confirmed that it is a 2 hour trip. It was embarrassing as we visited as a family and our parents visited Australia for the first time. If the staff can't read or figure out what sort of trip it is from the online booking, why even bother to offer online booking?
