I had no prior diving experience and only did the introductory dive, but I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I would definitely recommend booking the second dive during this trip. It is much more personal because you dive one-on-one with an instructor. This allows you to enjoy the underwater world even more, and depending on how comfortable the instructor feels with you, you may even get a bit more freedom to explore. The whole team is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived on the boat until we said goodbye, the atmosphere was always positive and welcoming. Everything was handled very professionally, and every crew member made sure that you felt comfortable and supported. At no point did I feel alone or unsure about what to do. I work myself as a manager at Tiffany & Company and therefore know how important it is how a team presents itself to guests and how much this influences the overall experience. What impressed me here was not only the professionalism, but also how well the team worked together and how positive the atmosphere between them was. You could clearly feel that everyone supported each other, and that created a truly high-quality experience for the guests. I have rarely experienced such a well-organized team that also works so well together. You can really tell that they enjoy what they do. I can truly recommend this trip from the bottom of my heart – if you’re visiting the Great Barrier Reef, you should definitely go with this boat. The team is simply amazing!
