Worst experience I ever had

Amanpreet Singh said... Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I booked the jet boating expecting a fun, high-energy ride, and while I was excited (as anyone would be), the way I was treated completely ruined it. The driver was extremely unprofessional and actually called me a “dick” just because I was enthusiastic and asking questions. That’s completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a customer-facing role. Instead of making the experience enjoyable, the driver seemed annoyed and rude the entire time. It made the whole ride uncomfortable and took away any excitement I had. You’re paying for a fun and safe experience—not to be insulted. I would not recommend this to anyone. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Extreme Jetboating is a lot better than you guys.
