    Pramesh said... ​I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent 40-minute Jet Blast Thrill Ride. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the advertised duration or intensity. ​Actual "Thrill" Time: While the session was booked for 40 minutes, the actual high-speed maneuvers and spins only lasted approximately 15 minutes. ​Transit Issues: A significant portion of the trip was spent traveling at roughly 6 km/h just to get to and from the ride area. ​Value for Money: I felt that the majority of the "ride" was spent idling rather than experiencing the fast-paced thrills I paid for. ​I was looking forward to a full session of high-speed excitement, but this felt more like a transit trip with a brief intermission of speed. I hope you can look into this to ensure future customers get the full experience they’ve booked.
