It was a great experience

Yue Hu said... It was a great experience, but the bus pick-up and drop-off service could be improved. After I told customer service my address, they directed me to the Gillians Backpackers Resort, an 18-minute walk away, and told me the driver would wait for me there. However, once I got in the bus, I discovered the driver would also pick up passengers from the Double Tree Hotel, which is closer to me. I mean, it would have been much better if customer service could at least search my address and direct me to a more suitable location for the bus.
