Very poor service, no response at all

Eunjoo said... I booked with book me, however, sky park had better offer so I asked them for cancellation or refunded. But I haven't heard anything. Only one e mail response as contavt to the sky park. Then I went to sky park, they are saying that need to contact book me. Both no responses, it was very poor service.
