Jacqui Nightingale said... Karen was a super star, the weather was not kind to us and unfortunately we couldn’t see the Blue Mountains due to cloud & rain. Waterfall & walk was still amazing even in the rain, afterwards Karen had brought bird seed & she brought the Cockatoo’s down from the trees for photos, wonderful experience. Had fun in scenic world then lunch which was really good 😋 Then on for encounter with Kangaroos & Koalas, again Karen was attentive & ensured we all got turns feeding Kangaroos with a photo
