I had booked this tour on Saturday for Monday and called to make sure everything was ok with the uncertainty of what’s going on in Australia right now and was informed everything was ok and going ahead. However the situation changed rapidly and we had to leave Airlie beach ASAP to get back home.. I called and called and no answer on Sunday. I emailed as well to explain the situation and thought as this was such a unique situation that I would be able to get a refund. I realised that it was with the 24hours but just barely and thought they would of allowed it on this occasion. But I got a generic reply saying was in the 24hours so no refund. Must say I am disappointed by this decision, plus the weather on Monday was awkful so would be interesting if they even went on the tour.
