Booking Conditions

• You agree to arrive on time for your booking.
• If you can no longer attend your reservation, you agree to notify the restaurant directly as soon as possible.
• You acknowledge that multiple no-shows or any other misuse of the service may result in the termination of your Bookme account and services.

Discount Voucher Conditions

If your reservation includes a Discount Voucher, the following conditions apply:

• The discount applies to food only. Drinks are charged at full price, and one drink must be purchased per guest.
• Two courses must be ordered per person, for example, one starter and one main, or one main and one dessert.
• The discount does not apply to crayfish or oysters.
• One Discount Voucher must be purchased for each person attending. Seats are strictly limited, and we cannot accommodate additional guests who are not included in the booking.
• Discount Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable and are valid only for the date and time specified on the booking.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the time specified on your booking confirmation, your Discount Voucher will expire. The restaurant is under no obligation to honour the discount or the booking.
• Bookme Discount Vouchers cannot be combined with or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion being offered by the restaurant.
• Your voucher provides a 90-minute table booking, beginning at the specific time stated on your voucher. After this time, the table may be rebooked for other guests.
• Bookings cannot be made across different times or discounts and then combined to accommodate additional guests or for any other reason. In such cases, the discount will be deemed null and void, and no refund will be provided.
