Gibbston Valley™ offers a truly unique winery tour, where you will see the winemakers in action and experience wine tasting inside the largest wine cave in New Zealand.
Innovation requires bravery, and Gibbston Valley™ knows this well. In 1983 when winery founder Alan Brady planted his first vines in Central Otago’s southern soils many “experts” had their doubts, but Alan proved them wrong! Now after three decades and countless medals later, Central Otago is considered one of the world’s best wine regions, with a history of bravery.

Gibbston Valley Wine Tour
Very informative and our host was very knowledgeable! Jules was really good and let us sample lots of different wines! Worth every penny!

Magnificent
The tour was amazing, our guide Minnie was super, the place is incredible and the wines are magnificent. Everything was really good, the environment is incredible and the hole process is interesting,

Très intéressante pour comprendre l'historique de la région. Nous avons eu un guide super professionnel - Hippolyte. Il nous a donné une bonne expérience de la production de vin avec une dégustation. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions en français – nous avons vraiment apprécié. Merci beaucoup.

Enjoyable
Learnt a lot about Central Otago wine and Gibbston Winery from our guide Eliza - she was informative and engaging. Tasted some great wine in the wine cave, very impressive space.
