Awesome, YOU made it a great experience for your toddler, great 😊! Thanks for your visit and the great review.
We had so much fun interacting with all the animals at the farm, including hands on close up feeding them! There is a big grassland where alpacas and sheeps walking around freely, but do careful with your steps to avoid the poos. Definitely value for money!
Thank you for your positive feedback 😊, we're glad you enjoyed yourself.
Cutie Alpacas 🥰
Thank you, much appreciated 🌻🐑
Was okay more for families with kids .. the lady a reception was very welcoming but the guy was very rude and u friendly. We liked that the animals are all home reared.
That's sad to hear. Yes we need to be very clear in the paddock, if people ignore safely guidelines (which are clear, simple, and there to protect you). Thanks for your feedback all the same. Our main customer base are young animal-loving adults, however; there is of course no age limit for getting enjoyment out of spending time with our friendly farm animals 😉.
The animals and farm grounds were clean and well cared for. My child has special needs and not being used to farm animals or the environment. His honest statement about strong odour of the place was not spoken with any malice yet the owner called him rude. The whole idea was to let a child experience a farm environment but the owner's comment has left us with feeling unwelcome. If you have sensitive children, I would consider twice.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your visit and your honesty. Please advise us in the future (in the most discreet way possible) if a member of your group has special needs. It would help us to regard certain actions differently and approach situations accordingly. We try and cater for everyone but obviously did get it unintentionally wrong. Again, our sincere apologies.
