Skimming over the pure waters of Lake Wakatipu taking in stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain range, we follow the beautiful willow lined Kawarau River, before pursuing the shallower waters and fast-moving braids of the famous Shotover River.
In the shallow waters the Jet boat comes into its own travelling at speeds up to 95 km/ph often in water less than 5cm deep! Your experienced driver will skillfully negotiate the narrow braids, and tight turns of the river while making plenty of time for the exhilarating 360 spins that Jet boats are renowned for.
Covering a full 45 kilometres you get to experience the fantastic diversity of Queenstown's waterways, take in glimpses of local life from the homes lining the lakeshore, as well as stunning views all along the way including river gardens and great views of the Remarkables Mountain Range.

A must do when in Queenstown!
We had perfect conditions and we loved every minute of our shotover experience. You can't come to Queenstown and not book this!

Our driver was awesome! He kept checking in with everyone to make sure we were all okay after the twists and turns & offered us some knowledge about the history of the locations we were in. We went on a mucky day, luckily not getting as wet as we thought we would. The experience lasted about an hour and was definitely worth it. Check in was easy too.
