Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • Please Note: All flights are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers being met.This flight requires a minimum number of 4 passengers for departure.

    Scenic flight routes are dependent on current snow conditions in Queenstown and surrounds.

    Please provide us with an estimate of each passengers individual weight as you proceed through the checkout. Actual weights will be recorded prior to the departure of your flight.

    Acceptance of your reservation is conditional upon the information and weight estimates provided by you.

    Please provide us with your central Queenstown pick-up location as your proceed through the check out or alternatively let us know if you will have your own transport. All pickups are 45mins prior to the departure time.

  • All Children must be accompanied by a fare paying adult.
