The team of Queenstown paraflights was amazing and made the entire experience wonderful.

Worst experience
I have had worst experience with them, I was very excited to do this activity, but being about 2kg overweighted than 210kg which is their weight limit one of us couldn’t fly, and they even refused to refund the money. Owner of the company is even worst. He is not very easy to talk with, when these kind of situations occur. I would give them zero stars if there is an option.

Hi Thanks for your review. Unfortunately your flight could not go ahead because of your misrepresentation of weights when you made the booking. Safety is of utmost importance to us, we do check weights on arrival to ensure flights are within safe limits. Yours was significantly over the stated limit. No refund was offered as it was within Bookme’s 24hr cancellation period. We did however offer an alternative tandem flight which was gladly taken by the other 2 members of your group. Glad they had a great time flying and a memorable experience with us! Cheers
