  • Cancellation policy

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Trips cancelled at least 24 hours before departure get a full refund. No refunds when cancelling within 24 hours. In addition to Bookme's T&C's.

    When we cancel a trip due to weather, you have the option of rescheduling or a full refund.

    High winds can stop us from going. In case it is raining or about to rain we can still go but we understand that you would prefer not to go when it is raining, therefore we give you the option of braving the weather or rescheduling/refund.
