Disappointing

pd112284 said... We took this by mistake and then requested the vendor to pls cancel the ticket and give us a refund, But she didnt agree to it. We had to pay for it even if we didnt use it. The vendor only wants to make money, very greedy as she told me she can reschedule my tickets but not give me refund. I told her we took it by mistake thinking this is the queenstown gandalo and also we cannot reschedule as we are moving out of Queenstown, but she didnt agree
