Disappointed
Digging through a gloves bin trying to find suitable gloves, disinterested staff, tacky sculptures, recommend the other Ice Bar the original Ice Bar is an awesome experience this was very disappointing

Disappointed
We got to below zero and right from the start the staff member seemed dis interested in attending to our small group and was more concerned about talking to her mates. The jackets zippers were broken and the velcro didn't stay attached, gloves were clearly not clean. We entered the ice bar and took her ages to serve us. The drinks although nice lacked any alcohol taste and were like mocktails. Once we had our drinks she disappeared and did not come back to the bar to see if we wanted another drink. The floor through the bar and reception was sticky. When leaving we found her outside hanging with her friends instead of tending to her customers. Extremely disappointed and we will not return!

Friendly staff great experience
Every time I visit NZ I bring friends and family here. Once again a great experience with super friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out if in Queenstown!
