Great
Nice rooms , service very good as well package good value for money - with boarders now reopening , hope Nz rs still have same opportunity and deals to support like business this as we did when boarders were closed

5 star service and amenities
First of all, amazing warm and friendly welcome from Alfredo at check in. The hotel itself is lovely - a real international resort vibe, without being too big to get around. Our room is gorgeous, very spacious with the most comfy bed out. Views of the moon rising over the lake upon arrival were a real treat. The room was stocked with all the standard amenities, and a couple of nice extras, like bath salts and a vanity kit (which until now I’ve only seen in 5 star properties). The gym and pool area are beautiful, so a nice spot for some relaxation. The rooms aren’t brand new and super flash, but they’re spacious, clean and comfortable, with amazing views and all the comforts you need to feel relaxed and pampered. 5 star service and amenities.

Three nights in heritage package
The package have $45 Food Voucher to spend at Mackenzies Restaurant. But the hotel didn’t give us that voucher, because the restaurant was not open during our stay. The hotel said would refund that money to us, but I have not receive that. Don't put that offer on the site if you can't provide that service, it will misunderstand the customer
