We booked an evening session and arrived early due to weather conditions. The receptionist accommodated us earlier than our booked time and allowed us to stay until our finish time. The only con is you have to allow pleeenty of time to look for a carpark especially on a very rainy day on a busy area. Overall, we enjoyed the hot tub.

Well worth it when discounted
We had a great time together as a family on a rainy day in Queenstown. Beautiful view of the lake, water, towels and music provided. We were staying on site so we were able to shower in the bathrooms afterwards. A great option for any kind of weather.
