Bad Timing
Have been to Driftaway previously and enjoyed it however this time it was not at all enjoyable. Neighboring hot tubs had either blaring music or yelling kids. Not fair to other guests and staff should have managed this. We paid $138 for quite an irritating hour.

Don’t waste your time
This place is a scam. They just want your money. Don’t waste your time. Don’t consider it. It’s not worth it. Their customer service sucks. Owner stands by it.

This review is a duplicate of the one you have already left, and we’ve provided a full response there. To summarise: our hot tub experience requires a minimum of two people. This is clearly stated throughout the booking process on Book Me’s website, forms part of the Terms and Conditions that must be accepted before payment, and is repeated in the booking confirmation. In this case, you phoned us 55 minutes before your scheduled session to advise you would be arriving as a single person. As stated in the booking conditions, admission for one person is not possible and bookings made for one person are not refunded. We’re confident this policy is communicated clearly and fairly, and our original response provides the full detail for anyone wishing to read more.

Hot tub
Highly recommended. Staff was so welcoming. Hot tub experience is so good. It was relaxing and refreshing. Do not miss it out if you are with young kiddos. Absolutely stunning views from the tub. We loved it
