Fun Activity for entire family
The session we had was not crowded, so not many bumps as we hoped, but it was still super fun. It lasted 10mins, it actually felt longer than you thought. Staff are very friendly. It was good value with Bookme discount.

Review
The fun had doing the actual activity was 10 out of 10. However, it lasts for just 10 minutes + for a family of 5 I think it’s totally overpriced. 20-30 mins would have made the entire experience more fun. For us, there was no value for money from a time perspective.

We appreciate that you would have preferred a longer ride. Our bumper car experience includes helmet fitting, a safety briefing and approximately 10 minutes of driving time, with the total experience typically lasting around 15–20 minutes. When we first introduced the attraction, we spent considerable time testing different ride durations. After welcoming many thousands of riders and continually reviewing customer feedback, we found that approximately 10 minutes of driving provides the best overall experience. Longer ride times were consistently rated less favourably, with many guests finding the experience became a bit repetitive, physically tiring, or simply too cold out on the ice. That's why we settled on the current format. While we appreciate that you didn't feel the experience represented good value, we're proud to offer one of Queenstown's most affordable family activities. Based on the feedback we've received from many thousands of guests over the years, including hundreds of online reviews, our guests consistently tell us they believe it represents excellent value for money. We're delighted your family enjoyed the experience itself and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We hope to welcome you back to Queenstown Ice Arena again in the future

Fun & fast
It was good fun! Spun really fast - only downside is that you’re only on the bumper car and the ice for 15 minutes…

Fun times
Great fun for all ages and abilitys. They have a nice wee café too.
