Milford sound
One word Breathtaking & vaugh the driver was amazing! 10/10 recommend to those reading the reviews to see wether to pick this cruise company I would say do it!!

Great experience
So much fun! Stan our guide was brilliant all day, he was attentive, knowledgeable and very funny. Was clear with the days plan and made sure everything run smoothly. Coach was comfortable and the cruise was well organised. Food looked good! Milford sound… wow! Just go, the endless views and second to none probably the best nature landscape I’ve ever seen.

Wrong ads
Wrong advertisement 1. Pick up any hotel in queentown - there is nth like this 2. Underwater viewing at milford sound building - just explain it destroy last year but why shows that ads?

Poor Customer Service & No Flexibility
I purchased two passes for a Milford Sound trip from Queenstown as a gift for my parents. Unfortunately, my father became very unwell on the morning of the tour and was unable to attend. I called the agency to let them know, and was told they would contact me later that day, but no one ever did. When I followed up, I was told there was nothing they could do. While I understood that a refund might not be possible, I was disappointed that they would not allow a date change so my parents could still enjoy the experience. The lack of communication and flexibility in a genuine medical situation was very disappointing and left me feeling let down by the customer service.

Milford Sound bus and wilderness cruise.
This was a comfortable, relaxing way to journey into Milford Sound. The driver (Stan the Man) was informative and entertaining, plus a very skilled driver on the treacherous roads and conditions, felt very safe in the modern, comfortable coach. Boat crew were welcoming and the vessel was spotless and roomy. Thank you for the best experience:)
