Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your tour with us Marie-Chantal. The weather here in Queenstown isn't always predictable so sometimes our visibility is restricted. We've recently refurbished our PA system to improve audibility of the skipper's commentary. Thank you for taking the time to review us, we're always working to improve!

I am presuming you cannot speak English so you didnt even get the hear our great commentary telling you all about the area. Obviously you did not see our wild trout, rare birds other birdlife, historic dam and willow islands and never heard the stories of our they came to be, and all the fabulous homes or get your photo taken down at the Remarkables. We pride ourselves on our kiwi hospitality, trying not to make it "a big tourist boat ride" Lots of people get off thinking they are part of our family as we do our very best to make everyone really welcome.

Croisière agreable
Petite croisière de 1h30 sur le lac de Queenstown. Les informations données par le guide sont intéressantes, et il est agréable de se laisser porter en prenant quelques photos par-ci par-là. Une sortie touristique qui n'est pas indispensable mais qui a quand même son petit charme

Cancelled 5 m before departure
Cruise was cancelled 5 min before departure due to technical problems. I could not book another one because it was too late.

Sometimes these things happen Vadim so not sure why you think you can give us a 1 star when you haven't been on our trip. There weren't any other trips you could have gone on either. You actually sent me an email as I had advised you the day before that we would not be cruising so you are not actually telling the truth saying 5 minutes before. I also said that I would refund you immediately and you replied thanking me for being so prompt in organising the refund. So you need to take down this post as it is not correct. These ratings are for the trip only not a gripe when you did not come on it.

Attrape-touristes total !
"Croisière" très chère pour l'intérêt présenté. Rien à voir, hormis des maisons d'architectes sur la rive ! 90 minutes à voguer sur le lac, avec le bruit du moteur qui couvre les commentaires de l'animateur/capitaine. Intéressant au possible. On se moque du monde, je pense....
