The massage bed was heated with an electric blanket, music was relaxing and perfect, and the blankets and towels were very comfortable. I prefer deep pressure with lots of strength, and Juliana provided that up to a level that was effective but not unbearably painful (unlike the numerous massages I’ve had in south east Asia). At certain trigger points she exerted more focus and pressure, to loosen the knots and I could feel the tingles when she did. I brought a body full of tension and knots in my shoulders and upper back and glutes, and although it wasn’t fully worked through (I didn’t expect them to be either since those accumulated through many many years), I definitely feel a difference after the massage ended. If you need to use the shower after the massage you gotta book that in, I didn’t know that but she allowed me to use it real quick after the session to rinse off the massage oil. They were gracious about it too. I would go back again (:
