Unfortunately, my father became very unwell on the morning of the tour and was unable to attend. I called the agency to let them know, and was told they would contact me later that day, but no one ever did. When I followed up, I was told there was nothing they could do. While I understood that a refund might not be possible, I was disappointed that they would not allow a date change so my parents could still enjoy the experience. The lack of communication and flexibility in a genuine medical situation was very disappointing and left me feeling let down by the customer service.
