We were unable to reschedule due to our time restraints in Queenstown. When on the phone to the flight company to check if we would fly or not we were informed a full refund would be given which was expected but the downside is, they informed me it will take up to a week to get an email with instructions on how to claim my refund. Which seems ridiculous as its a huge chuck of out spending money sitting in limbo and it looks like I won’t get the refund till back in my home country. If they can take it at time of booking, in this day and age it should be an instantaneous refund also.
