  • Milford Sound Visitor Terminal, State Highway 94, Milford Sound.
  • Allow approximately 5 hours drive time from Queenstown or 3 hours from Te Anau.

  • This experience welcomes families with children.

Notes

  • Car parking in Milford Sound is $10 per hour, if parking in the main car park, please allow 10-12 minutes to walk to the terminal. There is free parking in Deepwater Basin, please allow 25-30 minutes to walk to the terminal. If you choose to self-drive, we recommend arriving into Milford Sound at least one hour prior to your scheduled cruise departure to allow sufficient time to find a car park and make your way to the Milford Sound Cruise Terminal. For further information about car parking please visit milfordsountourism.nz/parking

Smooth check in, had food you could purchase on board and complimentary tea/coffee which was perfect for the cold day we went on. Beautiful waterfalls and we got to even see a baby fur seal that the captain pointed out. Would highly recommend this cruise!

Had an amazing time on the Cruise, we went 5 friends with a 3years old. Baby also enjoyed the cruising and the weather was perfect with sunny sky. We went in the morning, which was a good idea as it was not busy bustling with people. Highly recommend going there.
