Must do!!
Really enjoyed Kevin’s knowledge about everything that was in plain sight from the smallest of plants, crops, and birds to the largest glacier in the sounds. A history lesson I never thought I would get on this tour thanks Kevin for the experience!! I highly recommend cruising with Kevin his knowledge of both the North and South Islands is unmatched.

Great Day Trip at Milford Sounds
Had a wonderful experience and a great day of sight seeing. Very knowledgeable and friendly Southern Discoveries staff. Definitely recommend trip taking in the beautiful sights and landscapes NZ has to offer.

Tsunami Alert
We started off with our bus driver Junior, who was so funny and kept us busy with photo stops, and entertained us with his stories and wit. We were at Milford before we knew it. Then we were in line for the cruise and after half an hour we were told to go back to our bus due to a tsunami alert from earthquake in Russia. Southern discoveries were very professional and told us there would be either a refund for the cruise or a free cruise the next day for those who can make it. Great Company to deal with and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Beautiful Experience, worth the price
It was a wholesome experience with our driver Keith who is very informative and kind. The bus was spacious, we were able to view the sceneries around.

Milford Sound Coach and Cruise
Had a very good experience. The whole process was very smooth, good and comfortable bus. The cruise was good as well. The food/picnic lunch could have been a bit better. Mr. Junior was amazing. He had a very good knowledge of the whole history of how all of this landamass came to be and the way he told those stories and shared information was next level.
