Para flight that didn't happen

Kim said... Unimpressed with the poor communication. Booked our paraflight and turned up to kiosk to check in. The lady did not know where the people were and had to call the man only to find out he was sick, so unhappy that we were not called and told about this sooner, it meant we had to transfer funds to another experience and wait a really long time. My daughter and I were deeply disappointed
