Arrived early in order to get a parking spot in the car park which took over 30 minutes to find. Checked in just before the departure but was waiting for my partner to arrive from the car park, she arrived a few minutes after 1 and the boat had already gone. Very disappointing as no refunds given and there was no more departures from them that day. Went with another company who allowed extra time for passengers to arrive after the departure time as they understand the difficulty with parking, so all round disappointing experience with Real Journeys.
