Disappointed in the response when we rang and explained our situation that I had an accident the day before our jet boat ride and it happened less than 24 hours before therefore there wasn’t enough time to cancel and get a refund. I did not get home till late the night before the booking due to the accident and when I rang in it was after hours so I could not get a hold of anyone. So I rang at opening the next morning and was told they can’t help me because I should have left an email. The difference in them receiving an email which they would have seen at opening and the time I called would not have made any difference. The best they offered was to reschedule 3 days later. The accident was completely out of my control as was the timing. Therefore, there should be some consideration for that.
