Her response was that because our booking was not until 12, we had to come back. It was 9 minutes to 12, that is all. She didn't care at all so we left and ate somewhere else There was no invite to come in, grab a drink and check the menu, just come back at 12.... 9 whole minutes away. It was just rude and totally absurd. It seems that my family and I will continue not to have eaten at O'Connell's Mall since the refit.
