A little bruised on the attachment site of the deltoid, however it feels great and I do notice the difference already, which is huge and there is nothing wrong with a little bruising. I needed the work done and I will be going back next week for more of the same from the same masseuse. I'm grateful that I have found a new massage therapist only 10mins from work. As a massage therapist myself of 13years, I rate Grant Nicol well.
