Good for rainy times
The 3D trick art experience is an unusual activity that surprised us. We went as a group of 5 with a child under 1 year. The whole activity is in the warm and dry, so if it's raining in Rotorua this is one of the few things available as Rotorua tourist activities are mainly in the open. If your're into taking photos of your group, then the paintings and scenery backdrops allow you to pose into the scenery and sometimes capture a funny photo. It's a simple idea that takes between 30-50 mins to get round the 50 scenes depending on queues (there weren't any) and your time at each scene. There is a huge car park, limited drinks and snacks and a quirky shop at the end selling wool, Alpaca, clothing and nick-nac products.

The whole place was cold and could use heating. We were told to go to the toilet BEFORE we go in as the owner wants to go home so she was going to close the toilets at 430pm. even though the ace doesn't close til 5. I should have just left then instead of being treated like our custom was an inconvenience. some of the photos were cool but its a lot of money to spend on an average outing. wouldn't go back but mainly because of the lack of customer service

The request regarding the toilets was simply to let guests know that they would be closing shortly before the gallery itself, rather than an intention to make anyone feel that their visit was an inconvenience. Spaß in Bildern
Alleine macht das ganze leider keinen Spaß weil wer sollte dann coole Bilder von einem machen? Aber wer alleine kommt findet bestimmt jemand der dabei behilflich ist. Manche Bilder sind eine Herausforderung für die eigene Kreativität aber alle Nachen unglaublich viel Spaß!!!
