This journey of discovery departs from Rotorua town centre touring local landmarks while your guide shares historical points of interest, stories and legends of the region.
Sights include Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island, Sulphur, The Museum, Blue Baths and various geothermal points of interest.
The adventure continues through the spectacular lakes area showing off the Ducks amphibious capabilities and 'SPLASHING DOWN' in Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake) and Lake Okareka before visiting a small lakeside community where we take in fantastic views of Mt Tarawera.

Unique and entertaining
Great fun for the family, like nothing we've done before. The commentary was informative and light-hearted. The lake touch-downs were an obvious highlight but the view of Mt Tarawera was also inspiring.

Amazing experience
I took my team out on the Duck for some team building and fun, and they absolutely loved it! Ollie was an amazing guide, he made it funny, informative and played great music. We highly recommend this to everyone, tourists visiting our country, and even those who live close by! Thanks for the experience!!

Fantastic experience
Awesome tour in ‘Matilda’. So informative and funny, Matt was a great tour guide. Enjoyed the journey and will absolutely be back again in the future

Blue lake tour
Brilliant. Only comment is not of much interest to small children. Charge fear from five or six up. My four-year-old got very little out of it.Patrick the guide was amazing
