I enjoyed very much the Waimangu tour and the shuttle service provided by the mud run: great tips and insights about the history of the site from a Maori perspective. Recommended!
Thank you Mud Run! They came back for us after we mistakenly thought it was a hotel pickup. We were still able to do Waimangu Valley as scheduled. Nice chat with the driver. Overall very good.
It was lovely meeting you and we are glad you enjoyed your walk Nga mihi
This was an amazing journey!! We were picked up from our accommodation in the morning and taken to the iSite we wanted to visit in the afternoon. Along the way, the driver introduced us to the surrounding forests and villages. He was incredibly friendly and kept checking to make sure we were enjoying the trip. When he took a little time to confirm that other guests' itineraries had gone wrong, he worried that I might be upset, but that wasn't the case at all. I saw his enthusiasm and friendliness in trying his best to help his guests. Similarly, the scenery was breathtaking; the park is like another world!
Thank you so much for your beautiful words of support and I'm glad Slim looked after you and made your trip memorable. He said your smile lite up his day. Ma te wa, Ka kite ano (Hope we see you again) Nga mihi
Great local service with informative commentary along the way.
We are glad you enjoyed your morning Nga mihi

easy and informative way to get to Waiotapu
Without a car you will not be able to get to Waiotapu (and uber will not work either). This shuttle was on time, gave us enough time to see the amazing site and the owners/drives are filled with interesting information about the surrounding area and Maori culture. We worth the money. I highly reccomend.
