Explore the subterranean scenery of the Tumu Tumu cave taking in the unique glowworms and amazing limestone formations created beneath the earth over millions of years. This experience is a fantastic way for almost anyone to see the wonder of Waitomo's underground world first hand.

Photography: Personalised photos are provided to clients via internet at no extra charge. No client photography equipment is permitted. Please inquire if you require a private photography tour.
Fitness Test: If the guide on the day has any doubt about a client’s fitness they may ask them to prove it by completing a fitness test. One quick and simple test we may use is “to step up and down a 20 cm (8 inches) step not less than 45 times in 60 seconds”. We strongly recommend clients complete this test before they book their activity and before they travel to Waitomo. Clients may also be requested to submit to breath-testing for alcohol or other drugs. Where appropriate, guides may at their sole discretion cancel a departure or remove an unsuitable client from a departing trip for any safety-related reason.

Wundervolles Erlebnis! Allein schon die Fahrt zur Höhle war lustig durch die Erzählungen des Fahrers. Unser Guide war sehr nett und hat uns viel über die Glühwürmchen und Höhlenformationen erzählt. Die Glühwürmchen waren wunderschön

Einfach toll, muss man mitgemacht und erlebt haben! Der Guide war auch super und hat viele Infos zur Höhle und den Glühwürmchen erzählt!

Geniales Erlebnis
Von Anfang bis Ende eine gut organisierte Tour und ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Sehr netter Service, ein Guide der nicht nur durch Humor überzeugt sondern vorallem durch sehr gutes Hintergrundwissen über die Höhle und die zugehörige Umgebung. Ein Tag, den wir niemals vergessen werden.

Super Weiterempfehlung
Meine Freundin und ich hatten super Glück, und wir waren nur zu zweit in der Gruppe mit zwei guides. Wir konnten uns also immer Zeit lassen und alles richtig auf uns wirken lassen. Wir sind viel durch die Höhle geklettert, und auch geschwommen, und haben viele Glühwürmchen gesehen. Man hat auch gemerkt, dass unsere guides super informiert waren und sich in der Höhle auskannten

Sehr cooles Abenteuer
Auf jeden Fall besser als die mehr oder weniger Touriausbeuter Bootstour. Nicht, dass die unbedingt schlecht ist, aber preisleistungstechnisch auf jeden Fall unschlagbar. Kleine Gruppe von 4 Leuten gehabt und 2 coole Guides dabei. Dazu noch ein paar nette Fotos. Das Klettern und Toobing im Dunkeln mit den Glühwürmchen war unglaublich. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, sehr cooles Abenteuer!
