Firstly, the ziplines were great. I had a lot of fun soaring through the forest canopy and spending the day among the trees.
Unfortunately, my experience was soured significantly by the talk on 'pests' half way through. As a vegan and animal lover, I feel great empathy towards all creatures, and I wasn't expecting such a graphic demonstration of animal traps and weapons, with pictures of hunters proudly displaying their murdered victims.
This was meant to be a fun experience, and I really wish they hadn't included this part, as it greatly upset me. I struggled to enjoy the rest of the tour and I still can't get those images out of my head.
Perhaps in future they could give people a heads up, so they can make their own choice as to whether they want to learn about this or not.
