Fun family experience
Family pools were wonderful and the kids enjoyed the wee slide. We went early morning which was the best time to have fun without too much chaos noise - as the morning went on more and more families came. Shower area was great to wash off before getting changed and thought it was a great touch to have hair and body wash available.

Too Crowded to Relax – Needs Better Guest Limits
I was really looking forward to a relaxing soak at Polynesian Spa, but it was far too overcrowded. There were so many people in the pools that you could barely move without bumping into someone — not exactly the peaceful experience I was expecting. It would make a big difference if they limited the number of people per time slot to allow everyone space to unwind and enjoy the facilities. Beautiful setting, but the crowding took away from the whole experience.

Thanks again for your feedback, Amanda. We’re sorry to hear the Family Pools felt crowded during your visit. Under current PoolSafe regulations, lifeguards must be on duty, and we set a cap of 50 guests per time slot to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. That said, popular weekends and holidays can still feel quite busy. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and will continue reviewing how we manage guest flow to help everyone relax and unwind comfortably.
