Absolutely awesome
My fiancee and I had a wicked time, the staff were great and the experience was safe but great for a bit of adrenaline! The only downside is we would happily have done it again! I would highly recommend this rafting

Kaituna White Water Rafting with Kaitiaki Adventures was a very good experience. There service was good. The guides were very experienced.

Disrespectful behaviour by staff
“We experienced unprofessional and discriminatory behaviour from a staff member named Jack who was our guide during our first rafting trip. He was rude, frequently raised his voice at us, and made negative remarks directed at our group, while treating white customers more favourably. His conduct made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.”

Unfriendly Staff
It was a terrible experience for me and my friends. We were treated very badly by the staff named Jack. We were excited and had hoping for a fun and safe experience but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the staff's behavior. The guide seemed disinterested or not happy seeing our group and we were met with sarcasm or ignored. The unprofessional behavior from the staff made the trip stressful instead of enjoyable. I was visiting from overseas and it was my first ever activity in New Zealand but I was very disappointed.

Nice short rafting experience
It was a cool experience and the rafting lasts around 45 minutes only. Does not require much effort and we only rowed for some very short periods as you constantly have to stop and wait for other rafts.
