Hot Pools
Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Perfect place to relax after a hike.

The worst hot spring
water is so dirty. It can't be describe just dirt. After we have been there, my son got eye infection. My daughter got bad skin trouble, Atopy. I got lots of pimple on my face. Literally, it was worst.

Hi Kelly. We are sorry that you felt this way. Our pools are actually drained, cleaned, and refilled every night, so this should never be an issue.

Great staff at reception. Pool temperature is perfect for relaxing the tired muscles after hiking Tongariro.
