Great Escape Room
Had a great time with the family, staff were good, friendly and professional. Room was laid out well and challenging enough for us without being too frustrating! Will be back again next time we are in Taupo.

Disappointing
Disappointing experience. Our experience at the escape room started off delayed because someone had forgotten to reset one of the locks. Then many issues ensued, ranging from an incorrect lock being used to mechanical failures. Our entire experience was ruined because when we couldn't solve something, we didn't know if it was because we weren't on the right track or if something went wrong... again.

Fun with a challenge
We completed this as a family of 3 and really enjoyed it. The first room was a little tricky but once we got into the puzzle solving we couldn't stop and almost completed the extended challenge. The iPad "hint" system was very simple and useful. Great staff, easy parking at good location.
