AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
My partner and I are big escape room fans and absolutely loved this experience. We did the Haunted Lodge room and I have to give not only the room but the staff a 10/10. Amazing service and genuinely nice people with a room that is challenging with lots to do and good puzzles

Escaped
Booked for hunting lodge but as we had only done 1 other escape room before we asked for a easier room. We did the candy cottage and escaped. Was a lot if fun and the staff member was lovely. We will be back the next time we are in Taupo.

Fantastic family fun
Well kept Escape room, everything worked. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend the Hunting Lodge room. Staff explained everything well & were friendly.

Excellent
Thought it would keep the kids quiet for an hour, but it didn't there was a lot of noise and excitement. Grandma (me) could not do it, but the youngsters loved it. We needed a bit more than the hour and fortunately no one was booked in behind us so we were not obliged to leave and completed it with only a little help. I think the Hunting Lodge is one of the more difficult ones, so if first timers suggest something a bit simpler. But staff were very helpful and it was nice having that extra time, would have been disappointed that we were so close.

Fun and Challenging Escape Room
The escape room was fun and challenging and was perfect for the three of us! Everything was working smoothly and the staff was friendly.
