I have anxiety so my brain couldn't engage quick enough when I needed to flip and roll and duck dive etc when under the rapids cause I was just shitting myself the whole time. Ben and Ethan were really great guides and made it a fun experience, but I couldn't hack it, was having a panic attack and they kindly let me jump on one of the rafters boats that had come up with us. I couldn't do it by myself and it's a solo sport, so as soon as I started struggling too much I had to tap out, cause didn't want to slow anyone down etc. Scariest day of my life, but the partner loved it, and the other couple seemed to enjoy it. So yeah, if you're prone to anxiety then just pick the raft, cause the Sledging is so fucken extreme lol. But yeah awesome guides really nice friendly helpful guys. Would def come back for the rafting but my bad, sledging is too extreme for me... But if you love adrenaline and are fit which I am not, then defs have a go at this!!! Loved the history and cultural lessons too!!!
