Julia said... Unfortunately, the family pools were closed for our visit. However, the front desk team had accommodated us with an upgrade to the deluxe lake spa area. Notwithstanding the upgrade, the staff on site were welcoming and lovely. The place is well kept despite the age and the change rooms are fully equipped and kept tidy & clean
