Disappointing

Ashley said... Disappointing experience. Our experience at the escape room started off delayed because someone had forgotten to reset one of the locks. Then many issues ensued, ranging from an incorrect lock being used to mechanical failures. Our entire experience was ruined because when we couldn't solve something, we didn't know if it was because we weren't on the right track or if something went wrong... again.
