Wairakei family visit

cirus said... All I can say is that even though it was nice to visit the pools, the staff service was horrible at the canteen/eatery. Staff refused to provide service since we were "wet" we dried down, put on clothes and even had jandals on our feet before entering, and yet we were told to stand outside until we were dry before we would be assisted. This was truely demeaning. We decided to call it a day and visit another place where we were gladly assisted upon arrival. As a local to the community, this reflect poorly to tourism.
