The problem arose when we reached Sydney Tower Eye at 6.00 pm today since we bought the tickets through Bookme.com to see the Sydney Tower with my family, including a 3-year-old. The operator at Sydney Tower told us that our tickets were not valid since we bought a ticket that was either for a non-peak period or a promotion ticket that was not valid for the holiday period. I told the operator that we already spent an hour standing in the queue, and we had bought the ticket through Bookme.com to see the Sydney Tower and came from Auckland on holiday.
