I was taken by unpleasant surprise when I tried to visit the third attraction (Sydney Tower Eye) 2 days after visiting the first two attractions (Sealife aquarium and Madam Tussaud’s). Initially, we were told that the ticket was purchased at offseason price and we need to pay additional amount to be allowed entry. This itself was quite surprising for me as as per them, peak season started on 21 December while we visited Sealife and Madam Tussaud’s on 22nd December without any such issue. Nonetheless, I paid the extra cost requested at Tower eye with an expectation that we can visit that and also Sydney Wildlife (4th attraction) without any more fuss but again had to face same issue at Wildlife. The response we received at Wildlife entry was also too bad claiming that the tickets we had were invalid. When I responded saying that they cannot be invalid as we entered three attractions with the same, the supervisor at Wildlife was not willing to trust and was blatantly rejecting that as a false claim. After multiple calls to the customer support number mentioned on the tickets, we were eventually allowed entry into Wildlife but the whole experience left a very bad taste.
