A truly memorable day tour that will be the highlight of your trip to Australia!
Bruce was an amazing tour guide with a lot of knowledge and insight of the Sydney and Blue Mountains area. Bruce kept the trip fun and exciting. Would highly recommend this tour!
We had an amazing experience at Blue Mountain, thanks to our incredible tour guide. He was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also genuinely concerned for everyone’s well-being. We truly appreciated his kindness and quick thinking when one of our fellow travelers felt unwell. He ensured her safety, waited for the ambulance, and made sure she was well taken care of before we continued. His professionalism and compassion made our tour even more memorable. Highly recommend!"_
The tour started not good , I never received confirmation of new pick up time so was waiting an hour in the cold ! Got to the zoo and only a few people went in we were told we could go get a coffee fab we thought as cold , no it was a small dirty outside truck it started to rain and we had to wait an hour and half outside ! Now if we had paid for zoo this wouldn’t have been enough time ! The blue mountains were stunning and the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area . He stopped off for a few view sites two were not needed . The place we stopped for lunch was lovely but could have done with longer as an hour and 15 made it rushed . Don’t get why you get the boat back in the dark you can’t see anything ! We were so cold all day and the air con in the bus blew cold making it worse . Don’t think it was working correctly . It was 6 degrees ! Outside with cold air con . Feel you could do two trips one to zoo so no waiting outside in the cold and one to the mountains both half days ! This was dragged out and very long next time we will go under own steam ! Although guide guide
Attention.
Dominique I do not usually respond to reviews. However, I do not agree with the tone of your review, claiming you have been misled by the tour advertisement, regarding cost. The tour usually cost $99 AUD and for a small group tour it is very good value. You paid only $59 AUD which is more than a bargain. There are 2 optionals (at own cost) on the day and they are clearly advertised as such!!! Have a look at https://www.bookme.com.au/things-to-do/sydney/activity/blue-mountains-full-day-tour-incl.-sydney-harbour-cruise-the-grand-canyon-of-australia/4860 , under the NOTES section. Even with the addition of the optionals tickets , it is still probably the best option around for when is comes to cheap cost and very high quality tour ! Nevertheless, I appreciate that you still awarded us 4 stars . Thank you for travelling with us. Dave Oz Trails

I highly recommend this tour! They managed to pack so much into 1 day and everything ran so smoothly and on time. The Blue Mountains are a must see! Bruce, our guide, was awesome! He was very patient (we were traveling with little kids) and took to the time explain lots of things and add a lot of history and fun stories throughout the day. The coolest part was getting to go into the zoo before it even opens. We were worried about the potentially long lines but that was not an issue -- Bruce got our group in everywhere very efficiently.
