SANDEEP SOLANKI said... My advance booking was done by this website despite the fact the fact that all the seats have been booked. I booked whale watching tour for 30/10/23 at 8.30 and rushed all the way from Grantham Farms to Crown tours and reached on time, however to my surpirse , i got to know that cruise already been prebooked and i was not able to get my dream experience as i have a flight to gold coast next day and then return to india. Very pathetic experience. No apologies from the site. Dont use this site at all.
